Mrs. Christie James

Mrs. Christie James came to SPCCS from St. Martin de Porres Catholic School in Prosper where she taught PK3 for the last six years. Prior to that, she worked with the PK program at St. Mary's School in Sherman. Mrs. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts in Teaching with an Early Childhood Certification. She has worked in Catholic schools for 15 years. Mrs. James and her husband, Josh, have been married for 21 years and have two children: Ethan, 16, and Eva, 12. Her favorite scripture is Matthew 19:14: "Jesus said, 'Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.'”
