New Student Enrollment Process

Welcome! Thank you for your interest in Saint Paul Catholic Classical School. We are excited to meet you and guide you through the application and enrollment process.

Open enrollment for new students is open! Applications for new students are always accepted and we will begin to review them upon receipt. For priority consideration for the upcoming school year, please complete your online application by February 15.

A non-refundable application fee of $120 will be collected at the end of the online application before it can be submitted.

While completing the online application, you can upload the following documents:

• Student's Birth Certificate or Passport
• Student's Sacramental Records  and Baptism Certificate (if baptized Catholic)
• Immunizations Records - Must include the month, day, and year of each immunization and health care provider's signature or stamp.  
  • Students who are not in compliance with Texas immunization guidelines will not be accepted. No exemptions are allowed.
• Transcript/Report Cards (1st-8th grade applicants only, past two years)
• Standardized Achievement Test Scores (2nd-8th grade applicants only)
• Diagnostic Testing/Psychological Evaluations, Individual Education Plan or Form 504

Once an application is on file, the family will receive information about any required documents, admission testing, interviews, or other necessary information.

Saint Paul Catholic Classical School will notify the prospective families of the admission status within seven business days of receiving all required information.

Once a student has been accepted and notified, the prospective family will be invited to complete the enrollment packet with the remaining necessary information, sign and return the tuition agreement form, and set up their financial accounts with FACTS Management. Instructions will be provided.
