Happy Fall Ya'll!

It has been a wonderful First Quarter!  
Thanks to all of you for your wonderful Edible Cell Lab Projects.  Great collarborative effort by all.  Next project will be the  Cereal Box Project:  Bacteria, Virus, or Protist.  This will be due on Tuesday, October 29th.
 
 

                                                                                               
 
Extra Credit
Once a quarter students have an opportunity for extra credit.  They may choose one assignment from the following list:

• Create a presentation to share with the class including a 10+ slide PowerPoint and a 10-question quiz, which will be given to the class about a science topic approved by the teacher.
• Research a science current event and write a summary of the event and then present it to the class. 
• Create a science game used to review a specific concept or unit.  Students may work with a partner on this option.

 In an entire lifetime, the average person walks the equivalent of five times around the world!
